I can't get a daily points in my warmane account.... please help me....

You need to have 1000 achievement point on your account to be able to do that ( if you play only TBC you will never be able to collect points)

Nah, the button is always there. It usually just says I have no points to collect. Its completely gone from my screen but my alt account has the button available.

it's not meant for newbies to get leveling items. it's meant to let you get a free item every once in a while. the fact so many people ***** and moan over this is hilarious. even at 1 point a day, which is like 4k+ achi points, your looking at 1.5 items month. it's not that big a deal if you can't collect them.
