Icecrown or Outland PVP

HI guys im just wandering is it better to start Outland or should i stay on Icecrown
Im more pvp oriented but i also like pve
i dont know in icecrown there are humans with racials and smourne and its pisses me of like pvp ladder all humans
on the other hand i dont know how is it in Outland
any opinions?

You are right for Icecrown, but just wait, not now of course, but when that time comes, when Warglaives of Azzinoth are enabled for sale, you will be pissed too.
About races, you will find a better balance between them in TBC (Outland).
For me, it's pretty much the same, but I prefer Icecrown, so I would tell you to stay in Icecrown and find a good PvP guild, nothing else.
