Technical Wrongfully banned

So, my account got perma banned for "wintradding" even though all I did was playing arenas for points.
I've did a ban appeal explaining what happened and with evidence of this and got a copypaste reply, indicating that the GM probably didn't even read it.
So what then? I've lost my account that I've had for many years for something that I didnt do in an instant and I can't do anything about it?

PD. If a GM or moderator reply to this, don't instantly close the thread, I would like to reply as well.
