I play on 1920x1080 setting, every time I log on after being offline it's reverted back to 1024x720.
It also resets all sound settings.
I'm playing on wrath servers if that makes any difference

Try to backup your WTF folder (in case you need to undo this) and delete it, do it while you have the game closed. Try once more if your settings are now being saved.
