I downloaded a few of my first addons through curseforge, bagnon, tidy plates and bartender4

when i booted up the client bagnon and tidy plates loaded perfectly and i could see them in my interface options. I didnt see bartender so i reinstalled it, still nothing. Went to addons on the character select screen and i saw it wasnt loading out of date addons so i turned that on. Logged into my character and i had zero addons. I also no longer see an addon tab in interface options. i tried reinstalling addons and it still messed up regardless how i change the addon settings even though i can see them installed there.

Any ideas?
