Emails are cleared at least once every 24 hours.

If you did not receive a reply either your email was auto forwarded to junk / spam or your request has already been denied. On rare occasions, we cannot reply for whatever reasons - Gmail can experience difficulties mailing certain addresses most notably @wp.pl

You wouldn't have received a reply in this case due to your email being regarding a closed ban appeal.
