Dear support team. Sorry by post here but I tried open a ticket and I can´t, so I'am here.
I'm having a disconnect problem when trying to log in to the game. I enter the password and when open the characters screen the game disconnects and returns to the login screen.
I would like to know the reason and how to fix the error.
