WotLK Need help with Gearing up and help with my rotation

Im new in Wotlk and i just hit 80 2 day's ago, and ive been playing alot and i have 4.1k Gearscore and now i dont know what i should be doing .
Also in Dungeons i have really low dps and i know im doing my combo wrong but dont know where to look ..



COMBO that im am using : JoW,CS,Hammer of Wrath ,Devine Storm,Consecration,Exorcism

(Using):Seal of Righteousness,Blessing of Kings , and always using Sacred Shield ..
