Grinch Bugged on Server

Hello.

I solved the riddle earlier, and we set up at 40 man 3k+ GS skilled raid to kill the Grinch - but we could not kill Grinch cause he does 37k damage to t6 geared tank in phase two (70%), one shot AOE damage on dps and healers, long stuns. He is impossible atm, and seem like he has not been properly scaled from WOTLK.

Adds also spawn VERY fast.

Any mod or admin who can confirm this, or did we do something horribly wrong?

It is scaled perfectly, wotlk tanks take 80k dmg during 70% phase shift, must find out how to bypass this boss

i apologize if im giving the wrong information, but we are talking about TBC Grinch right? he was lvl 37 and the quest was Yellow (meaning around my level) and he was super easy to solo? is this posted in the wrong place?

I believe @destinyhero was implying that the 37k hit in TBC is by design, as it's 80k in WOTLK. That there must be a strategy by which you circumvent this damage.

I have not seen the encounter, merely speculating on his phrasing.
