WotLK Scroll of deception drops? / xmog

Ive been raiding for quite a while now on my main and i remember reading a thread on where to get Xmog Scrolls/Scroll of Deception. But after completing several Raids like toc 10 man and 25 man no drops of scrolls. As of ICC they sure drop per wings? idk pls answer me. and i remember pugging a scroll run for toc but nothing even my guildies and raid mates didnt get 1. where does it drop and is it 100%? thanks in advance

Transmog scrolls (Scroll of Deception) have an incredibly low drop rate, like 0.1% or less. They can be obtained by killing WotLK raid bosses, by winning BG's and by completing dungeons through the heroic dungeon finder. You don't need to do anything to get them, like loot or whatever, if you're lucky one is simply added to your inventory.

also vanilla and TBC Raids bosses drops those scrolls
RDF hc do not drop scrolls

Drop chance is bases on how difficult is that boss ( so LK 25 HC has more chance than a LK 10 nm)

I personally don't do rdf much anymore, but I've had about 6 unrelated people telling me they got one. Ofc there's a chance they are wrong/lying. Also, did they changed drops? I specifically remember Mercy saying that only WotLK content drops them, and that twinks can get their scrolls via BG.
