Burning Crusade my account stolen, chars deleted

Dear Staff!

I've seen an ingame offer to get some free gift from the staff today on 2017.12.24 at around 16:50 pm server time on Outland server. I followed the link, to the warmane-free.com site, wich looked like your site actually, so i logged in. I've felt really strange, because nothing happend, i was just logged in to the warmane site. Then it seemed like like i logged out, then i logged in again, like three times, i think. and that point, it was pretty obivous for me that i've got scammed... At that point i did alt tabbed to my wow client, and tried to log in, but that said to me, that the password i did use, for wow is not correct. Then i tried to log in to the site, but there was the same error too. After that i've asked for and received one password change. Now i can log into my account, but that is empty.

I know that is pretty much my mistake, and another guys meanness, but i wanted to ask you guys, that is it any way to get my characters back? I have had a paladin tank at lvl70, a holy priest at 37 ( i think), and just started a mage. I've massed like 600g on the pala, which is not much, but for to begin again is enough. I've just planned to donate, for to get some gold too, but i maybe wont now. Why i need gold, if have to start it again.

My other mistake is that i did not searched for the backup in the site. So i never used it :(. I've only played retail before, did not know that i am able to backup my characters.

Please guys, give me back my Odiotutti, my Gregorie, and my Runcorn.

You can restore characters on website using Services -> Character Restoration. It should be free for 24 hours after deleting the character. But you can restore only characters that are max level or close to it, so that's most likely only your level 70 char. There is nothing else that can be done about it now. They don't restore any characters manually and backup file would not help also since it will only be used if all Warmanes databases and backups are lost.

To make sure it does not happen again, you can enable 2 step authentication. And never enter your Warmane username and password on any site that is not warmane.com.

Thank you very much for the information, i was able to restore my pala, but all his gold r gone. I'm glad actually he's having his armor, i think the thief, does not had time to sell it, only mail the gold i had to his account...

Question... Any way to restore the gold i have had before the robbery plz?

It's not possible to restore any items of gold. Items can only be restored if you bought them with coins. It's not possible to get anything else back.
