Character error

i have chars yesterday played with one character named Shanat went to azuremyst isle and7 logged out or whut afterwards when i tried to login appears error #132 (0x85100084) Fatax exception

exception 0xC0000005 (ACESS_VIOLATION) at 003:008c7c9
the instruction at 0x008c7c9 referenced memory at 0x00000010the memory could not be read
help guys every tiem i trie to login with that char error apears when i trie with other acc its everything ok, at wod it happened also once there was character repair at the site and it helped but there aren't any at this :( WHAT TO DO ? :((

I have the same problem. im just outside the exodar and now i cant log into that character. is there a way i can get my character teleport back to hearth while im offline so i can load into the game?

No worries. It has happened to the best of us.

What you guys need to do is:

1. Sign in to the website
2. Go to "My Account" or click here
3. Click on Services and then select "Character Unstuck" as shown in the picture below.
