Zero service on Warmane

Hi I write on the forum to complain about the lack of service. 3 days ago I was suspended for cheating who in reality was a simple in game bug since I opened a ticket to talk with them and I am completely ignorant since when you spend money to help their servers and you have no answer it is very frustrating and I wanted to share my situation.
Im the only one to have 0 service ???

Take a chill pill, a team of dozen or two are working on ticket systems and it might take loads of time to answer over 5k tickets everyday. They are doing their best, just be patient. I had a bug ingame and they fixed it after a week for me(i was frustrated too) but i realize how it can take so much time.

For what it's worth, I reported a quest bug right before Christmas, and received a response in about 3 days (~60 hours). I reported a player misconduct ticket right before new years, and was responded to in about 30 hours.

Patience is a virtue. It is a shame that you are suspended in the meanwhile, and if it helps pass the time, I will tell you jokes (unfortunately only in English).
