Faction change

Hello, okey here is the thing. As i saw faction change on TBC is free, so i went to change from horde to alliance, but the issue i have is that it keeps saying that i need to choose in which faction/race i wanna be, but when i open that window( select character ) it's completely empty and i can't do the change... Please help.

You should create a character on Alliance first. I will serve as appearance. You have to create alliance character that race that is capable to be same spec (warrior, shaman) as your horde one. Your inventory, levels, items, golds, preQuests and everything will be transfered to your newly created Alliance character. You will just change Faction, race and racials with this service. I hope its enough as answer, hope it will be confirmed.
