1. Cannot access the authenticator on my account

    Hey guys,

    So I got a new phone for Christmas.
    Backed up my old phone, transferred to the new one, then wiped the old one. When I went to the authenticator app on the new phone it had deleted all of the previously linked authenticators, this has left me unable to log in to my account.

    I'm wondering what I should do, any help would be much appreciated!

  3. Figured it out.

    You've got to log out from your account, click login on the top right. On the right side of the screen you will see, "Two-factor authentication issues?" - Click on that.
    From here it asks you for your account name , then it proceeds to send you an email with a request to remove it.
