How long does it usually take Warmane staff to answer the ticket? My account was suspended 11 days ago because when I was donating over 2 months ago using Paymentwall my CC got rejected. It happened on Oct 30 and I somehow get banned Dec 23.
So I created ticket and got response after 5 days (Warmane can remove items or coins), confirmed the removal of coins and been waiting 7 days now. Nothing happened so far, still banned.
Premium donor (donated over $600), waiting almost 2 weeks to play again and slowly losing hope.
