WotLK Does anyone know how to change the Video resolution in-game?

I am not able to change the resolution in-game,, anyone know how?

Once ingame open up options(esc)>video>resolution, if the resolution doesn't apply/save then most likely the folder you have your world of warcraft files stored in is in read only mode, to fix that right click on your WoW folder and untick read only and press apply. You can also change the resolution manually by going to your WTF folder in your WoW folder and open up config.wtf in notepad and change the values under SET gxResolution "WidthxHeight" for e.g. SET gxResolution "1920x1080" for a 1080p monitor, once changed save the file and relaunch wow.
