Hi, I am Falconhand52, i am trying to return to play here, and while looking around at all the changes was,, at first the message said suspened for suspicious activity now something else says banned, can you please unban me ? Also i don't see my realm anymore do i need to redownload the entire game ?

Thank You for your help, if you need any more information i joined years ago on Molten, i was a donator, i had posts in the forum, i can't remember too much else but i hope that is enough info to indentify me.
