Burning Crusade Outland Server Transfer (Reputation)

I recently transfered from Horde to Alliance and everything seems fine except for the HH / Thrallmar reputation.

It did not convert the rep from one faction to the other.

Instead, there isnt a HH bar in the reputation menu.

Help Please
