WotLK Cuergo's Gold - Lordaeron

Is the quest bugged? I can't seem to find the mast with the flag and bones where the treasure is. Help!

Holy ****. This is quite frustrating. Just follow these steps:
1. Find the flag with bones somewhere on land's End beach.
2. If you cannot interact with the 'Inconspicuous Landmark', DESTROY the "Cuergo's Key" from your keying.
3. Bingo. Interact with the flag, kill spawned mobs, loot Couergo's Key again and open chest.
