WotLK Can we get a response about the disconnects?

7:30 PM Central US Time, another disconnect. 20 Minutes later, still stuck on connecting.

#1. Why is this happening?
#2. Is the staff aware, and looking into fixing this?
#3. Can we get an ETA when it will be resolved?
#4. Kind of hard to play on a server that's unstable.

All of my guildies were disconnected, so it's not a local thing.

I am disconnected as well as my friends who play. We're all from NA.

Same here, im from Thailand and got stucked on either "connected" or "Logging into gameserver"
