    Arena Tournament Donator

    Hi, i didn't play since a very long time. I donated 40Euros back to arena tournament time, to have all my account VIP and then all my char with s8 gear.

    Today i'm back on my account and all my characters are naked.

    What should i do ?

    at perks were wiped. everyone starts with same gear now.
