Issue with Mists

Well friend set me on this, I got the Wraith to work just fine so I decided to get Mists as well. When I attempt to launch Mists it says Warmane cannot make modifications to this etc. etc.. contact battle.net support. Screenshotted it just in case. My Wraith works just fine, but for some reason cannot get Mists to launch.

follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC ( this is important in your case)
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".
