[ANSWERED]Combat logging and cross faction teaming.

Hello, I was wondering what the rules on Outland server is when it comes to logging during combat.. as in when I engage someone of the opposite faction and they just disconnect themselves with another WoW window to avoid dying. And faction teaming to kill and secure a farm spot, for example I'm trying to farm certain NPC's and someone from the same faction is trying to do the same, he gets an alliance friend who kills me while he farms those NPCs.
