Acc hacked. HELP !!

Hi, I think my account was just hacked. I was playing and saw what appeared like a notification: Mococo [GM] for this holiday we are giving 100 coins on your account. Go on <removed> ... something like that. So I was curious and I went on the website, logged my username and PSW. came back to wow I was disconnected and then I couldnt login because incorrect informations, anf same with my original online account. ive been trying to retrieve my information through my email but nothing is coming up. I dont seem to be able to create a ticket either. Please someone help :(
