Burning Crusade Membership Benefits (Consorium Gem sack)

Hello! I wonder when the Membership Benefits reset. This quest should reset monthly and I don't know if it reset after a month you complete it or at certain day of each month! Someone can help me? :)

Its called "Bag of Premium Gems" and resets the 1st of each month. There is no timer that counts like 31 days or alike so you can grab one on the 30th of month x and another the next day on the first day of month x+1 and if you like wait almost 2 month to do the same on 29th of month x+2 and 1st of month x+3.
