[ANSWERED] Banned for no reason

Why did my IP address get banned? I got banned for "advertising" but I didn't advertise expect just say WTS Primo ONCE! ONCE! I thought that was allowed as everyone does it. I always thought advertising as WTS GOLD FOR blah blah money. This is not a reason to be banned.

Edit1: I believe it was accidental which im fine with. But I would like my account back before tomorrow 3 AM server time please as thats my guild run time. Also I felt like I was being rude the first time I wrote as I got a little panic attack. I would like you guys to look at this case if I did do anything bad and also I see other people has the same problem and all you guys say is do make a ban ticket but I can't as my IP is banned so this is the only way. I am looking forward for the response as its not only effecting me for the ban but my family too as they play Warmane in the same house. Also I see my Activity rank has been dropped down to Agent while i was Envoy, so if you can, can you make it back to Envoy and not make my account banned. Thank you for reading this message
