When you buy this does it really include ALL patterns?

Such as if I buy the JC one do i still have to do dailies to unlock those patterns or does it already come with every single pattern in the game?

there is button "include recipes" which increases service cost to 40 Coins ( up from 30 coins) so I guess this is enough to understand that it includes all patterns...
