Came back to Warmane, had my characters and donation items deleted

Hello guys,

Long story, short, i just came back to WoW and Warmane after a long break. I remembered that i had some items bought through donations so i thought it was worth playing on your server, but unfortunately my characters on the PvP server were erased; I did back-up on site and restored the characters but without any of the items i bought through coins.

Can you by any chance help me with a refund of the items or coins? I would greatly appreciate it.

Can you specify on which realm?
Do you mean Blackrock/Warsong for "on the PvP server" ?

Yes, currently is name Blackrock. Last time i played i guess it was called Warsong or Deathwing, i dont remember.

Since your account join date is 2011 it means you have recoverd this account after Molten down so the character you are talking about have been created after 2015.
Blackrock has never changed is name and I doubt you have donated for it since for 1 yaers all gear was free ( even Bis gear)

Warsong was the name of Cata PvP realm wich got merged to Neltharion.

Deathwing is the name of old Wotlk realm (not instant 80) which got merged with Ragnaros ( new realm name is Icecrown)

ok, I see. You have bought those items on 28-May-2015 when Bis gear was not Free yet ( which it happened on 11-July-2015)

After that on Blackrock realm there has been a complete gear wipe ( it happened 28-May-2016) so everyone was naked and had to gear up again.
Player who have donated like you got a Coins refund.

If you did not get any refund I guess you can contact warmane support by opening a ticket on website.
