Logged in recently discovered one character is gone but what i can remrmebr it was over level 15

im confused why it got deleted

i might have lost heirlooms gold items many things please help me im very dissapointed that this has happened

also how can i write ticket about this only thing i can do when clicking the ticket is appeal ban

Now you will be able to see a list of all your characters deleted in the past 30 days.
You can restore every single character for 20 Points/Coins.
It will be free if restered within 48 hours ( but this free bonus is for 1 chaarcter every 7 days)

you start over. if there's no characters showing to restore that means they're gone for good.
