.Have less than 4k? gearscore? (i don't remember and i don't have the addon yet) Honestly we don't even want you if you are fully decked out.
.Know what you are doing (or can be bothered to learn)
.Have a sense of humor, have no filter, can contribute to the conversation and MEME's chat more than just what John Oliver and CNN told you to think.
.Capable of having fun talking politics, racking up deaths to the computer while we try to remember what version of the game we are playing (was there no transmogrifying yet?)
.Recommend 21+ years of age, just to make for a tolerable discord (sorry kids but we are old and you don't want to play with us anyways)
.ALTs are welcome and encouraged... Play your triple Shadowmorne DK on the "best guild on the server" but play your full green mage ult with us and actually have a good time.

The only one that ever should have used.... we call it GDKP (read below for explanation)

.....But in all seriousness we are returning players just coming back to the game. Should be level 80 before the end of week in probably by the time you read this. We found a serious problem that this server that noone seems to do the majority of content.... Ulduar! (the best raid ever made) so uh.... we want to do that stuff? yes

Personally myself led a "server first guild" through this expansion (it was awful) farmed over 1.8 billion hk's on a shaman (AV, AV, AV) played a rouge up to brutal? maybe wrathful? gladiator (The Ret paladin carried me) ect ect blah blah.... and my few friends who are with me are very experienced as well (a.k.a. we wasted the prime of our lives on this game)

THIS WILL NOT BE A PROGRESSION GUILD IN THE TYPICAL SENSE. What this will be is a full play through milking the content while still moving forward at a decent (i have a job and life) pace, we intend to do Naxx, Ulduar (hard modes if they work here), ToC and ICC, in and out of order.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO DASH TO THE END OF THE GAME AND RUIN THE GAME FOR YOURSELF ---- LOOK ELSEWHERE----

Now, if you are still here maybe you are interested? just bored? cant understand why anyone wouldn't require 7k GS to do 5 man dungeons? If you haven't gotten the idea WE JUST WANT TO PLAY THE GAME, ignore the over gearing of content and play our characters well while having fun.

::::::::Looting system::::: We have all used DKP, we have all been on a loot council, we have all lost rolls to the pug pulling half dps or heals and other forms of loot nonsense.... We here at [Raid and get Paid] use the only system that's already built into the game (also happens to require the least about amount work)

Example:
Want a item that dropped? bid on it! anyone else who wants it will bid as well, highest bidder wins. Easy as that. Pay the Raid leader, get your item.

Raids over.... you've got mail! its 10% of the gold collected in the raid (4% in a 25 man) This also ties into this servers wonderful donation/trade store in qualifying currency inflation. (cheers Warmane!)

Obviously there are a lot of minor details to this how to pugs work? what about legendarys? item mats? This was all ironed out years ago with the same system. All items deemed unworth our time to have a bidding war over are gbanked and auction housed, in the past the gbank paid out 50% of its funds per week to the active core playing members of the guild, held a lottery, covered repairs/potions/enchants ect, all that fun time gaming stuff that set out a good guild from a grind guild.

That was TLDR right?.... lots of text for a guild with zero requirements but basically to weed you out so we don't waste each others time....
