Could someone tell me please, what that #2 means? Is there a list somewhere?

No it is not listed because it is not a "reason". It is the number of times you've been caught by it. Whatever you are doing that catches you, better to avoid as the ban time increases every time and the 4th is a permanent ban. You may try a ban appeal if you think it was an incorrect ban but it is unlikely.
