WotLK Weird question

I've weird question but I still want to know the answer. I want to sell a character without inventory, so what it will include? Obviously that char and what else?
Achievements for sure but what about Golds and Emblems?

I am sure that when you sell a char with inventory then a buyer will get all his items in Bank+ in bags ( in other words everything) but I am not really sure about Emblems and Golds, so please tell me in few words what includes a Char without inventory

take a look to Wotlk character on Trade. By muoseover them you would have find the answer to your question.
the description under "character information" are made by the system ( also stuff written in orange)

by doing that I can see that:
No inventory = Only equipped gear + golds ( so no emblems)
With Inventory = Equipped gear + golds + bags + bank + Emblems
