[A] <Dream> Recruiting Heals for T5 Progression, 3/6 SSC 1/4 TK, 23:45 ST

Hello Fellow Outland Raiders,

<Dream> is currently recruiting a few members to complete our T5 Progression. These positions would be on our core raiding roster. Current classes that may be considered for core raider position are: Hunter, CoH Priest, IDS Priest, Mage, Feral Druid. Casual spots are welcome and have priority to move to a trial spot once roster position opens. Please see below for additional information:

About: <Dream> is led by 2 co-GMs, both who have played actively since Vanilla. Both GMs have fully cleared all TBC content in retail. Guild is mixed NA/EU. <Dream> is a highly structured guild with expectations to clear all TBC content on Warmane. Discord is extremely active.

Raid Days and Times: Invites go out at 23:45 Server (6:45 pm EST) and last until 4:00 Server (11:00 pm EST). Raids are currently scheduled on Wednesday, Sunday, and Monday.

Attendance: All core raiders are expected to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance. All raiders sign up for raids weekly, show up prepared and on time.

Loot: A silent bid DKP system is in place. DKP amounts are kept low to encourage an even distribution of gear between raiders. Players who do not meet guild expectations may lose DKP as outlined in our Guild Constitution.

Gear/Consumables: All gear is expected to be enchanted and gemmed appropriately. Consumables are required and must be best available for progression raids.

Promotion: Promotion from Trial to Core requires full SSC/TK attunements, appropriate and enchanted/gemmed gear (not GS dependent), and a minimum of 2 full weeks of raiding and meeting all expectations set forth.

What we provide: <Dream> provides the opportunity for raiders to purchase items from the guild bank at half the cost of the AH. Flasks can be purchased for the price of one Fel Lotus. <Dream> is an open community for people from all walks of life. Our core raiders are from multiple countries and have multiple backgrounds. As such racism, sexism, or other disrespectful behaviors will not be tolerated. Sarcasm and humor is appreciated.
