WotLK Inactive character deleted including the items purchased with coins

Please help!

I bought a weapon worth 23 coins on february 2015 (ragnaros realm). The character was maybe deleted along with the old realm, or deleted due to inactivity.

I recently starting to play again here @ warmane Icecrown server.

Is it possible to restore the coins i used to purchase the weapon?

open a ticket on website to know if it is still possible to recover that character or at least a Coins refund.
