Lost Account

Dear staff,

unfortunately I can't remember the account name of an account I created. On top of that I can't even remember the e-mail adress connected to it.

The information I can remember is: 1. the accounts name starts with CPT
2. it was created on May 9, 2017
3. the password (can't post it here^^)
4. there should be a mage level 80 on that account.
Is there any way to retrieve the accounts name?
