In web site or İn-game? cause i cant send any ticket in web site and i dont know how can i send ticket in game
Upload pictures on Imgur or any other similar website > link that url on the ticket.

there is only ''ban appeal'' Option in my ticket category....i cant choose anything other from this one

Click on the Question Mark on your character bar (bottom of screen). That will open a menu with a "Report Issue" button, as shown below. That is where you should submit Ninja claims.
You should be warned ahead of time, that rolling Need on an item (regardless of use) is not considered an official Ninja offense. You need to have explicitly stated that the item was reserved at the start of the dungeon (with screenshot evidence of all party members agreeing), and someone needs to have switched to Master Looter and taken the item without consideration of the party, as a typical example of "Ninja"-worthy scenario.
If someone merely rolled need on an item you really really wanted, the GMs are unlikely to do anything for you.
