[ANSWERED] Tier 2 Chest

The tier 2 chest is supposed to drop from Nefarian in Blackwing Lair and even though i 've completed the raid multiple times (i could say almost every week since summer), i have yet to see any single tier chest of any class drop, not even once. This seemed kinda off and i proceeded to ask other friends and people who i know they frequent in the raid because they are farming the tier as well, only to have them state that they've not seen any kind of tier chest drop either.

I have admittedly seen one or two people who had the chest, but they both said they had gotten it 1-2 years ago.

Is it possible for somebody to look into this and verify that the chest does still drop from Nefarian as intended or if there's any kind of change that we might not be aware of?

P.S: Nefarian originally used to drop only the chest piece of the tier, while level 60 Onyxia used to drop the helm. After Onyxia has been upgraded to a level 80 raid, the level 60 helmets have been transferred to Nefarian as well (that was in patch 3.2.2). I was wondering if that might have caused any issues to Nefarian's loot-table, as since the time i 've been farming him, he has been dropping around 2 helmets every week unexceptionally, but not a single chest in all that time.
Perhaps the chest drop might have possibly been over-ridden by the addition of Onyxia's helmets to Nefarian's loot table?
