Technical Locked account, dont know what email i used

Hey, apparently my account has been locked to "prevent unauthorized access" It says that it has sent a code to my email but I have not recieved anything.
I'm not sure what email i used because I have several emails, I have checked the ones I remember the password to but would it be possible to get the name of the email?
