Hello, my friend and me are living in Moscow, we always had 45-60 ms latency no matter its 4 am realm time or prime time.

Another friend is living is Samara, he always had 300+ ms during prime time, but after 9pm realm time his latency becomes "ok" : around 70-80ms.

4-5 days ago smth has changed and ones who live in moscow now have 200-300ms during prime and the guy from Samara is having 70ms no matter what time is it.

Also i asked ppl and some of them said that they noticed latency changes during last few days too

Has Warmane changed smth concerning server stuff?

Nothing changed regarding that, you could try using some tunnel connection program such as "Wtfast" see if it helps.
