Also I'm streaming our 5s here - https://www.twitch.tv/vitaborigen/ and I'm registered at your site, so anyone can see our games. Could you plz say who did we wintrade with?
Also, assume we got banned for no reason. Is there are any consequences coming for staff who did that, cause we got ban in the 5s playing day.

Ok, 1st day: no reply on ticket and no one had a look on appeal. Teammates and my accounts are premium - "nice" service.
Is it so difficult to check that we didn't even play with same team from the match history more than 4 times? Also we used to play at prime--time or close to it. You banned guy who hadn't played with us last 3 or 4 weeks. He played with us on ~1500-1700 rating - it even doesn't make sense to wintrade at this rate.
As far as I see, someone from our competitors, who had lost to us, reported whole team. And you just can't admit your mistake.Edited: March 9, 2018

ban tickets have the lowest priority. being premium doesn't get you special treatment. wait a few days and you'll get a reply.

Why did my previous post got deleted ? I just refered and show that we didn't do any wintrade ? Because of saying that some admin did random thing, ban and not even checking logs ? Asking for apologize ? Can I write to not get silenced or post removed ? Thanks

Unlike what you think, GMs don't go banning just because a random someone reported. The report is investigated deeply to make sure no wrong bans are issued. What you are saying is complete garbage and false accusation.
Oh, you know them? So, what are the odds of you lying to save their skin? We treat everybody equally in regards to ban decisions. All advantages the Premium users receive are noted down in the donation guide. The problem is when the contributors expect something extra.
Donating is optional. If you want to receive more than we offer for donations, sorry you won't have it.
@OP you stream all the battles, except the ones that you got banned for.
