Hi, I'm leveling my 3rd toon, a lvl 89 mage. Usually at level 89, i would go to klaxxi'vess to do dailes and at the same time reach 90. But for some reason, the dailies NPCs in Klaxxi'vess are missing. Did I miss a quest line?

Another thing I noticed is that I don't have a flight path to Shrine of the two moons. I'm not sure if I need to reach 90 first before that gets available.
