[ANSWERED]SSC attunement broken!?

Hi there, to get SSC attunement done on this server is no joke. I was able to loot quest item from gruul no problem. But not from nightbane, I have a screen shot of this problem I will upload as proof of kill. The quest is called [The Cudgel of Kar'desh]

This was before I had to rename my character. The character name is now Bigpuss. I had no idea why someone would take offense and report my name it simply means "Large Cat" but I guess people have dirty minds.. I hope that you can help me out cause I'd love to keep playing on the server but if I cant go to SSC I cannot progress in PVE which is why I chose this server to play on with my friends.
