Professions Menu/Tab Error

Hello.. my character is shamann.. i wanna asking about error on my professions menu/tab.. i can't move the spell to my action bars.. because there is no icon logo in there.. my main professions is alchemy.. second is herbalism.. the alchemy icon is there.. but there is no icon for herbalism/ cooking/ fishing/ archeology/ first aid.. my herbalism is already lvl 600 :/ and i think i already do archeology about 5%-15%.. what i have to do for fix it?

can you explain haw to open a ticket in game? i already try but not sure coz it say for blizzard.. not warmane? please help me ^_^
