Hello Everyone, This is a Old warmane user / Molten too.
So i started playing again on Warmane > Lordearon on 3rd March 2015. I got scammed after an year ago almost in between 2016 and i was having in real life issue's, So i no longer had access to my warmane account as we can say i was scammed for a account. also warmane's account recovery options were not good enough back then. Now i got free from my studies and thought about coming back to Warmane, I saw topic's @ Forum's Etc and found out ways to recover my account and i was successfull! It was like i got a billion Dollar's...... But when i logged in i saw an Permanent ban on the account , Reason : Account Scamming. and i was like................. WTF!
So i made a ban appeal about it but i didnt get any reply, been almost an week yet, I would also like u guy's support that please help me with this i dont wanna face any discrimination as i am non-premium, here is screenshot of that account :- https://imgur.com/a/P1jao
Even terminated accounts can be brought back, It has happened with me before but the reason was foolish and even GM accepted it. This is not foolish server, Warmane has so much security about accounts
eh, goodluck. in the 7 years i've been here i've never herd of a terminated account being unterminated. you can try emailing info@warmane.com for an official response. staff don't post in this section much as it's for players to help players.
If you checked the forums you'd know that you can directly PM a GM. Stop crying and look around to solve your problem, be humble that you didnt secure your account enough and ask them to help and you might get help.
If you doubt their power then why even bother , just make a new account on the server and play or go to another server where you trust the staff to do their job. Such arrogance for someone who was ignorant to let their account be scammed.

Requesting Staff Replies - The suggestion section is a section to be used for making suggestions, not inquiring for staff opinions or insight. This is what private messaging staff members are for. The staff does read suggestions, but if we reply, it will be at our own discretion.
It clearly states in the rules of this forum section.
It's not like i dont trust warmane, i do but i have tried to Pm in whisper to head gm a long time ago he didnt reply me, so i think it will be just a waste of time and as skuddy said i emailed to info@warmane.com
There are only a handful of Gm's who handle the ingame tickets, PM on Forums, keeping track of hackers , botters etc. So that is a lot of load to handle for the GM's to handle asap. I have experienced that sometimes even as a donor status my tickets get answered and fixed in a weeks time. So be patient and keep pursuing them in a decent, down to earth matter because you need their help to fix your problem not the other way around . Try PMing other gms who you haven't tried. Good Luck
