I'm writing to you because, i just got online from a little break, because i changed job (and got online only for pvp on Blackrock) and now I got to know that all of my character's got robbed, no money, no emblems, everything is gone, my honor, items from my bags and bank, standing in front of mailboxes. Bloodwulf, Felithe and Pyrenai is the three character, pls restore them somehow. I did not give my pass to anyone, not even my husband. So please do something.
If any of the items were bought with coins, you can get them back by making a support ticket on website here. Other items can not be restored. Consider enabling 2 step authentication to make sure it does not happen again.
I never had a problem with my pass, and GM's can look at the history of my account, which ip's logged in, and even can see what was sent in my mail and also to who, etc. So that's why i wrote, because i know they can track him and restore the items/gold/everything. Maybe I'm not the only one, but only i wrote on forum.
You are not the only one. There are forum threads about this every day. GMs can not give items, which is why they can not restore your items. You can try to make a support ticket on website to report the incident but they most likely won't restore any of your items.
Then why are they here? I started playing wow on a little server, and they could do stuff like that i wrote down first. It wasn't hard to do such thing. I started playing on this server before the big database cancel, and I'm still playing till' today, I spent a lot of time on this account, if they cannot do a small thing like this, then I'm out. (Still waiting for a proper response from Warmane)
GMs are there to answer questions, check player reports and fix problems that prevent players from using their characters. GMs don't have the permission to give items.

I wrote a ticket at crc12:30; it's 19:23, still haven't got a response, i wrote an email. I'm curious if they gonna do something or just saying "It's too bad,sorry". Sorry won't give me back my items/emblems which I got from spending a lot of my free time.
I can't really answer that. Their solution is suggesting everyone to enable 2 step authentication. Some of my accounts also had login attempts in the past but 2 step authentication stopped them from accessing my accounts. Generally their policy is that items are not restored but there could be some exceptions.
