1. Ban for advertising ???

Hi, this morning i just got banned for advertising.

I know i shouldn't spam the "WTB frozen orb" but i got no warnings and i think the sentence is a bit cruel. I got IP BANNED + perma ban account with no appeal ?
To me i wasn't spamming like a braindead bot because i was always behind my screen everytime i wrote my announces. I just created a macro and spammed a button, everytime people asked me if we can meet "in game" to trade instead of sending in C.O.D, i answered !
Ok, i know spamming is bad but to me i wasn't spamming because i didn't get any chat restrictions so i thought it was totally legal. Wait, why am i talking about spamming when the reason is advertising ?

I'd like to know why do you ban me for advertising + IP BAN? It's like i'm a criminal or a hacker... I thought advertising is when you wanna buy some golds via other website/platforms without links with warmane. If you check all transactions i did,all are between my characters in the same account. All gold spends are for stuff/mount/skills. I didn't sell my golds to anyone !

IP BAN ? wtf ??? i don't get it it's like....i did something not forgivable. It's like...the suprem sentence ! It's like..."you are a pure criminal and you cannot recover your mistakes"

There are different levels of sentence :
Notification warning : to warn people what they are doing is bad but you can easily change your behaviour.
Ban for a couple days : to make them really understand what they are doing can harm to the server.
Ban for a couple months : people have already got warned and do it in spite of the previous bans.
Perma ban : players did a capital error like scam, do again and again the same mistakes.
Perma ban + IP ban + no appeal : this man is a pure criminal, he is bad for the community, i don't wanna see him anymore in my server.

My status account goes from "playable" to "ip ban". Wow it's so cruel...especially since i play alot on this account, dungeons, raids, guild, quests.
I'd like to know a bit more about my case and if i really cannot appeal.
