1. Global chat moderation

I have no idea which section would be most suited for this.

There needs to be more moderation within the Global chat. It's usually filled with religious disputes that spark from jokes which in turn get to full-blown hours of arguments in vain of religious people trying to push their agenda onto others whilst those opposing try to shut them down (and those that make fun of both sides). This usually only happens in the Alliance Global chat. In the Horde chat, you just get bullied for everything you say and it's full of cancerous memes.

It's very inconvenient and annoying for those that want to have a normal chat, make some jokes or look for raids/guilds. It is truly disgusting. You can't mute everyone. I believe that giving out 10-15 minute mutes to those that engage in such squabbles should suffice.

  2. Suggested before (in many different ways), denied each of them - although usually people complaining about it being spammed or used to look for group or advertise trading, not because they dislike what's being talked in the channel.

We don't have enough Staff to babysit a chat channel like that. We're not going to hire more Staff just because of that. We aren't going to create "mini-GMs" or anything that involves giving players any sort of control of that.
