[ANSWERED]Old Character is gone

I haven't played here in a quite a while, and when I log into the realms it says I have one character on each realm but there isn't any characters there? Not sure what to do. I definitely have had a character here before, although I couldn't remember what it would've been.

You did not give enough info. Also it might be a visual bug. However, I doubt anything can be done about it.
