Pandaria file cannot read

so i downloaded the mists of pandaria expansion, but once I get to the login screen and enter my login info it says " _______ file referenced ______ cannot be read" or something like that. then it crashes. ive tried several times and each time the numbers for the files displayed are different. what do I do? has anyone else had this problem?
